Catering for 4 people or fewer, our personalised homestay retreats are tailor made, offering a bespoke yoga experience in the heart of nature.
A Wholehearted Retreat is designed to have everything covered so you can concentrate on the important business of total relaxation.
Our yoga practice is gentle and inclusive, with a focus on tuning into the breath and quietening the mind. It's a perfect introduction for beginners as well as being suitable for more experienced yogis wanting to immerse themselves in a restorative and nourishing practice.
Between the twice daily Yoga & Meditation sessions there are plenty of opportunities and places to spend time relaxing outdoors, allowing the gentle hum of nature and deep peace of the countryside to calm and rebalance your inner energies.
All meals are vegetarian and freshly prepared with local and seasonal produce, much of which comes from our own vegetable plot and fresh eggs from our hens. Additional dietary requirements can be catered for, just let us know in advance.
The little plunge pool in the garden provides a welcome relief in the heat of summer and there are many shady spots to place a deckchair or string a hammock. Come the evening we warm up the wood fired hot tub for late night star gazing.
What to expect from your stay
Accomodation is offered on a shared twin/double basis in our 2 en-suite guest rooms, a single supplement availble on request.
Communal areas include our open living and kitchen space, sun deck to the side of the house, garden, hot tub and plunge pool, plus an acre of woodland to explore! Meals are taken all together and almost always enjoyed outside.
Most yoga sessions take place outisde on our yoga deck in the trees, this year we’re delighted to be able to share a new indoor yoga space tucked away in the woodland.
